We, the members of Delphi, are anchored in the values of brotherhood, integrity, humility, and service, on which the foundation of our community rests.

Brotherhood provides the foundation of ∆elphi. We are dedicated to one another, prioritizing the needs of others above our own while shouldering each others burdens. We take the call to be in community seriously.

In a culture that values accolades and acknowledgement from others, we are content with what we have. We give others the benefit of the doubt and strive to count others more important than ourselves.

Integrity is the foundation of character and community and we commit to a high standard of honesty. We take ownership and responsibility for our actions, especially when detrimental to ourselves. We are open about our lives, especially about the different ways we fall short.

We practice servant leadership by taking on the most difficult and least desirable tasks for the sake of the greater group. We practice service knowing that the needs of others are often much greater than our own.

How do I become a member?
Membership opens up on a quarterly basis. All prospective members follow our 4-step process.
